August 1st 2025 The Swiss National Day will be celebrated by the Swiss Embassy.
September 11th 2025 The Annual Swiss-Irish Golf Event will see the Ryder Cup Trophy played for by some forty golfers at Palmerstown Golf Club with tee times 11::30 to 13::00 followed by dinner and prize giving. Our Guest of Honour at dinner for the award of champions will be H.E. Ambassador Jenny Piaget and we expect teams from the European and associated chamber , Corporates and SMEs to attend.
November 2025 SIBA are planning a Stakeholders workshop for Swiss Business interested parties to share insights and connect with the experts to navigate business in Ireland for Swiss companies and also Irish access to Switzerland.
December 3rd 2024 – Looking back at the re-launch of SIBA (post Covid) Trinity College Dublin hosted the SIBA Annual Luncheon with special guests H.E. Jenny Piaget Swiss Ambassador to Ireland and H.E. Aoife McGarry Irish Ambassador to Switzerland, The Irish National Opera hosted a reception at Bord Gaís later in the evening when the Irish National Opera performed Verdi’s Rigoletto. Some fifty members and guest attended both events.
